Multimedia Journalist

Audio/podcast editor or a journalist needed to conduct and record audio interviews, and work with a production editor to develop interesting and educational for an exciting new podcast.

The person must have a decent command of the English language, written and spoken, but more importantly be able to sustain intriguing conversation with people of all walks of life. Must be a good listener, detail-oriented and sensitive to matters of taste and decorum. The ideal candidate will also be able to aggregate graphs, documents, photographs, video, or Web links that can be posted on a Web site to promote the podcasts stories.
The goal is to develop a series of different podcast stories each year.

Minimum Qualifications: University Graduate (preferably with a Liberal Arts degree. Example: Philosophy, English Literature, Journalism, etc). At least 3 years of work experience required.

Type of Employment: This is a contract based assignment with the possibility of extending to full time employment in 2018. Initially, the ideal candidate will be hired for three months (starting in Oct) to be the face and voice of this new podcast series.
